구름으로 옷을 만들 수 있는 소년이 있었어요. 어느 날 소년이 구름으로 만든 목도리를 하고 시장에 갔는데, 지나가던 왕이 보고 자신의 목도리를 만들라고 명령했습니다. 며칠 뒤 소년이 긴 목도리를 갖다 주자, 왕은 더 욕심이 나서 소년에게 자신의 망토, 왕비와 공주의 드레스를 만들라고 명령했습니다. 소년은 왕에게 욕심을 부리면 안 된다고 말했지만 왕은 버럭 화를 냈지요.
소년은 왕과 왕비, 공주의 옷을 만들기 위해 많은 구름을 가져다가 썼습니다. 구름은 점점 없어지더니, 결국 하늘에는 구름이 하나도 남지 않게 되었지요. 구름 없는 세상, 과연 어떻게 될까요?
