Caldecott 수상작가인 Jane Yolen과 저명한 Illustrator인 Mark Teague가 콤비를 이뤄서 만든 베스트셀러 그림책입니다. 국내에는 "아기 공룡은 밥도 잘 먹는대요!"라는 제목으로 번역서가 출간되었습니다.

이 책은 다른 "How Do Dinosaurs~" 시리즈와 마찬가지로 아이들의 자리에 공룡을 대입시켜서, 책의 전반부는 식사 습관이 나쁜 공룡을, 후반부에는 식사 습관이 좋은 공룡을 대비하여 보여줍니다. 이를 통해 아이들은 공룡의 모습으로 객관화된 나를 바라보게 되고, 공룡의 행동을 통해 스스로 올바른 습관을 깨닫게 됩니다. 잘 먹었습니다, 일단 한번 먹어볼게요, 감사합니다... 언제나 동경해온 공룡의 올바른 식습관은 아이들에게 멋지게 각인되지요.
각 페이지마다 등장하는 서로 다른 공룡들의 이름이 그림 속에 숨겨져 있는데, 그걸 찾아내는 재미도 쏠쏠합니다.
