선로를 달리는 기차, 기차역, Look-Alike 도시의 모습, 상점, 공원과 동물원, 놀이공원, 호텔, 거리의 풍경, 찻집, 서커스 공연 모습, 항구 등의 Look-Alikes 대륙 곳곳의 장면이 나오는데 구성하고 있는 사물들을 들여다 보면 우리가 일상생활에서 항상 보거나 사용하는 소품들로 구성되어 있습니다. 어떤 소품들이 사용되었는지는 책 뒤에 자세히 소개되어 있어 아이와 함께 I Spy 놀이와 같이 사진속에 숨겨진 사물들을 찾는 놀이를 하도록 되어 있습니다.
기차 장면에 나오는 기차의 몸통은 커피포트, 앞 바퀴는 나침반과 회중 시계, 가운데 바퀴는 병뚜껑과 캔, 바퀴의 연결 부분은 너트, 맨 앞의 굴뚝은 실패, 기차의 부속품은 필름, 콤파스 건전지, 하모니카, 장난감 권총 등으로 구성되어 있습니다. 11개의 장면 모두 어떤 소품들로 이루어져 있는지 하나씩 찾다보면 정말 기발하고 감탄이 절로 나오게 하는 책입니다.
11개 장면 각각마다 100여개 정도의 사물들을 절묘하게 이용해서 만들었으며, 모두 1,000개 이상의 숨겨진 소품들을 찾는 재미가 있습니다. 책 말미에는 각 페이지마다 사용한 소품재료들의 리스트가 모두 수록되어 있습니다.
