Wimmelbook은 독일에서 처음 출간된 후, 곧 전 세계적으로 큰 인기를얻게 된 Look-and-Find 책입니다. 국내에서도 큰 인기를얻은 "월리를 찾아라" 시리즈같이 주제별로 그려진 복잡한 그림 속에서 주인공이나 사물을 찾는 방식입니다만, 이 책이 큰 인기를 얻게 된 것은 첫 페이지에 제시된 10여명의 등장인물들을 각 페이지의 그림 속에서 찾아낼 뿐만 아니라 독자들이 이 주인공들의 역할에 대해서 자신만의 스토리를 만들어 나갈 수 있도록 구성되었기 때문입니다.
