In the new Harper Growing Tree series, a Go Dogs, Go! for the '90s. Hurd (Art Dog) piles dogs into cars, and allows them to drive through the neon-washed streets of the city: "Big cars, little cars, be-bop, ka-ZOOM!" The canines honk, bop, and race until a smash-up temporarily puts them out of commission. A little tinkering in the repair shop fixes up their vehicles as good as new. This stylish, jazzy cruise is depicted in illustrations that are part cartoon, part paste-up, where vintage cars and more futuristic models have streaks of colored light and gleaming chrome to tantalize young eyes. The melange of colors and collage practically guarantees a joy ride.

그림은 별루 끌리는게 없는데 수상경력이 있길래 그리고 아이가 자동차를 너무 좋아해서 그냥 구입했는데 이거 의외로 아주 좋아하던데요. 저는 뭐 별루던데 어찌나 아이는 잘 보던지 이유가 궁금해요. 색깔이 눈에 ..

 차가 많이 나와서 좋아해요. |
저의 아이도 기차나 자동차가 나오는 차는 다 좋아하는데요...
화려한 색의 그림과 자동차들이 남자아이들이 좋아하는 스타일로 만들어진 책이네요.
미니카나 자동차 가지고 놀때 자주 가지고 놀구요.

차가 나와서 그런지 자동차가 들어있는 정리함에 넣어두고 같이 가지고 노는 책이에요.
좀 아쉬운점이 있다면 내용이 많지않아서 이야기가 없다는게 좀 흠이지만...
자동차를 좋아하고 동생이있다면 아깝지 않게 볼수있는 책이에요.

우리 아들, 이 책을 받자마자 앉은 자리서 한 열번쯤은 읽은것 같아요.
자동차와 관련된 신나는 의성어, 의태어도 재미있구요,
자연스럽게 반대말에도 노출이 된답니다.
또 해드라이트, 범퍼, 엔진 등등 자도차 ..
