Children's Literature
In a rhyming text, author Marzollo challenges kids to find objects in the larger pictures. In every case there is a bunny somewhere in the picture. My favorite is "A soft bunny cloud, and a high-flying kite." Kids will see and name lots of objects and caregivers will be able to praise their sharp-eyed little bunnies when they find all of the named objects. The pictures are a compilation of photographs taken from books in the "I Spy" series for older kids and used in this board book aimed at a much younger audience.
Book Description
I spy a squirrel, a bunny that¹s white; a soft bunny cloud and a high-flying kite. Toddlers and preschoolers can use picture clues to find all the bunnies, as well as the many other colorful objects that fill the pages of this springtime board book. Jean Marzollo has written age-appropriate rhymes, and Walter Wick has specially adapted photographs from the original I Spy books.
