그런데 파티는 계획한대로 흘러가지 않네요. 우선 파티 장소인 물놀이 공원이 하필이면 오늘 휴무일이었고, 현수막에 "Party" 대신에 "Farty"라고 철자도 잘못 적었으며, 사촌간인 햄버거와 치즈버거는 사이가 좋지 않아서 만나자마자 으르렁거리며 다퉜고, 음료수를 마신 핫도그는 알레르기 때문에 얼굴이 얼룩덜룩해졌습니다. 그리고 풍선이 터지는 소리에 놀란 아이스크림은 소리를 지르다가 몸이 녹기 시작했어요.
결국 엉망이 된 파티에 실망한 친구들은 모두 파티장을 떠나버리고 둘이만 남게 된 피자와 타코는 다음번에 파티를 열 때는 오늘같은 실수를 하지 않도록 주의사항들을 정리해서 목록을 만들고...
